Ocean Souls Yoga & Surf Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a retreat with Ocean Souls, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment methods and deadlines are outlined on the retreat booking page.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat will receive a full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

4. Liability

Ocean Souls will not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the retreat, unless caused by our negligence. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to Ocean Souls prior to booking. We will make reasonable accommodations, but cannot guarantee specific needs can be met.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the retreat.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
